PureRa 1.5

PureRa by RaProducts Screenshot PureRa Screenshot

PuraRa is a simple tool that does a simple job: it removes files from your computer that other mainstream cleaning programs tend to oversee. Some of our targets can simply be removed to create some valuable space while others are removed in an attempt to repair certain problems because they will simply recreate themselves.

"Easy to use. Does the job required." Very easy to use and does the specific job it was designed for. Maybe a bit more information about exactly what is going to be cleaned before cleaning happens would be nice.

The downoad link points to the wrong file, use this: http://raproducts.org/click/click.php?id=7 Btw, I'm feeling more comfortable with CCleaner

Link below points to the 288 version (still 1.5) and the proper down link listed on this site is for the 298 (gui says 1.6) version. 1.6 is not even listed on the dev site. Try CleanUp! You can add files, folders, and even reg keys of your choosing. http://www.stevengould.o...amp;id=15&Itemid=69 CleanUp does not work in vista or 7 though.

Small, fast, simple, safe. Offers a range of options what to clean. May fail to produce a log. This is a briliant little piece of software, even amongst Ra products. I have used it for several years now, and am happy to have it with me at all times on the USB stick I carry when travelling. Never has it done any harm by deleting items that should have been left untouched, and on a regular, monthly basis it always finds stuff that needs to go after CCleaner has been through the debris daily. Quite indispensable.
