Friendly user interface, fast scan Missed almost everything on software RadarSync PC updater -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I hope this is the right place to post, my concern about the Radar sync software under Windows XP operating system. It's just anothert commercial software, that lack credibility in many ways. I think is just a program to promote other softwares developed from PCTOOLS. I kinow this program is not PCTOOLS related in anyway, it just recoment the FREE spyware and antivirus from PCTOOLS. After the scan it came up with thje results: Anti-malware /anti-virus /anti-phishing software missing, and I have installed in my computer AVAST, Spybot S&D, Spywareblaster, all with anti-virus, antimalware and antiphishing capabillities. Firewall missing, and already have ZoneAlarm Pro, the best software firwall out there according the press, plus I have and a hardware firewall which I can use if necessary. Spyware remover ,theft recovery, password manager missing And spybot S&D and Zone Alarm both have spyware remover capabillities, Roboform, Keepass, both installed do excellent job for password managing, and Zone alarm Vault, and AVAST vault both can protect me from theft. Registry cleaner missing and I have both Registry Mechanic version 6, Registry cleaner from CCleaner software, and registry cleaner from TuneUp utillities. Data backup and Data Recovery software missing and I have Norton Ghost,NERO backit up, Recoer My Files 3, MIGO recover lost data, with first two programs with excellent backup and recover capabillities and the other two with excellent recover capabillities even after disk format. Compression utility missing Already installed in my computer, WinRar, WinZip, and 7Z, So either RadarSync lack to recognise and document the above software, or the above software rejected as unacceptable from RadarSync, or RadarSync Updater is a tool just to promote PCTOOLS software which means fr

EXTENSIVE Radatsync allows driverpack ( your drivers) to be uploaded to their site so they can find the latest drivers and then use these latest drivers to presend they keep the service current. Attempt to take over all your internet activities. They :allow:your driverpack upload to find the newer versions to add to their service. If you want to keep it then you must pay, No PRIOR mention of this. UNINSTALL LEAVES TBRADA.DLL BEHIND AS WELL AS A FEW REGISTRY ITEMs. SCAM nothing is free despite claims The only thing free are the drivers Radarsync Sucks off your PC Misleading advertising

Friendly to use Small footprint Finds out-of-date drivers where others don't Finds apps updates/new versions Finds missing files Patches! Time saving Totally cool and innovative Toolbar (optional. I hate Toolbars...) A bit too much information My favorite driver updater for a long time now. I also find CNET's editor review (above) a bit..funny...blaming RadarSync for the speed of driver downloads??!! Anyhow, I love it - instead of me finding drivers and new version of software/files every day wasting time on that task, I let RadarSync do the job for me and in 20 seconds I get a list of out-of-date files. One click and new patches are installed. I will keep using RadarSync for as long as I will own Windows PC :-)

Saves me a lot of time and keeps my computer in great shape. Some downloads can be slow, depending on the manufacturer. This software downloads drivers from the mfg sites, so if they are slow or busy the download can be slow. But it's still the most secure option so I don't really mind. Just something to note. I've been using RadarSync since 2009 and what I really like about it is that I get a free upgrade several times a year, and each time there are new features or tweaks or improvements. I like to know I'm purchasing something from a company that cares about its product. Plus, this software has just saved me tons of time and kept my computer in top shape.

none to mention tags too many wrong downloads ( eg drivers ) so you have to be careful what you install, or have a recent pc backup available. Also tags other programs you might want, but don't actually. I would not recommend this product

Good GUI but destabilized my Windows. My Windows Explorer stopped working and shut down after I installed Radarsync. I have since uninstalled it Not good for my OS
