I really do love XnView for it's power, simplicity and speed BUT, it's speed is reduced to a stand still when dealing with RAW images. I'm also still holding my breath for better keyboard/wheel shortcut options

Excellent pic viewer. Probably the best with irfanview. Like another user said below, it could use a speed boost dealing with RAW + CR2 (canon raw) formats. irfanview handles them so much faster!
