I was unable to uninstall my old antivirus, until I found appremover. It was very simple to use, and It took me only 1 minute to uninstall it. Free, Free, Free $$$... I used it only one time, it worked great.

Recommended this to a friend who couldn't install McAfee because of CA Antivrus remnants which never got uninstalled with the rest of the program. Worked like a charm, and his subsequent installation of McAfee was susccessful. None experienced. Easy to install and use, and, more importantly, got the job done.

"Excellent!" Helped me clear my old Norton AV from my computer. I have been stuck with it for ages; unable to remover it, and unwilling to cough up the $ ;) now it's gone and my computer is happy! I didn't find any very nice! did the job and totally cleaned my coputer.

"Great product" I tried to remove a Norton AV that I got with my laptop but I couldn't since it was protected by a password. Appremover did a great job by removing this product (great user interface) and let me install a different AV product. Actually I can't say anything that I don't like about this product since it did its job and remove my product. Great tool for any user that need to remove its security product. Very small application (~3M) which doesn't required installation.

"Yep, works for me!" Well, it actually uninstalled an old Antivirus product I tried to uninstall a few times before...The application was very simple to use. Well, I used it only once and it was perfect... so no Cons for now.. Anyone knows about more products of this company?

"Very Useful" Shows big icons along with the file name, so it's clear(er) what it is that you are removing. None.none.

Fast and effective with no strings attached. I wish it could remove non-security products as well. For end users, this is a no-brainer becasue OPSWAT offers it for free. Enterprise buyers need to make their own decision and see how this helps them address a large number of end point App Removal.

Ha mejorado mucho en rapidez a la version anteriorr que venia utilizando Deberia tener un paquete de idiomas en mi casi espanol Programa excelente que revisa y localiza todos los programas que tengas de seguridad,antivirus y antimalware y los desinstala completamente sin dejar residuos,si asi lo deseas.

Not very useful for me. It did not recognise Eset Smart Security. It did not recognise Norton 2011. Um.... Edit: Infact now having looked at their site, it does not support very much on Windows 7, never mind Windows 7 *64. The developer seems stuck in the XP world. Then again I guess it could be that XP users may have more use for this app! ;)

Interfaz intuitiva y con tres clic analizas tu PC y localiza los restos de programas completos antivirus y eliminas lo que te interesa sin dejar residuos. Se hecha de menos el paquete de lenguajes,en mi caso espa�ol Esra descarga es una actualizaci�n de la version anterior y compruebo mas eficiencia ya que es mas rapido y ademas gratis.

Useful when cleaning up an infected PC. Almost always the Anti-Virus the user was running, if any, was damaged and needs to be reinstalled. This makes that a bit easier, most of the time. Like others have noticed, there is still a lot of products that it does NOT support.

Speed, design, thoroughness, many supported applications None.. the software worked great! AppRemover quickly and thoroughly uninstalled my old antivirus program... I'd highly recommend it to others looking to uninstall any security software.

App Killer to stop those pesky background programs from slowing down processor. A little more complicated than the average novice can operate. Good tool . but take the time to familiarize yourself with the settings.
