This is a really useful thing to have especially if you install windows on several computers. My home has 4 computers and this saved me a lot of time when I upgraded to Vista. (which by the way works flawlessly. SP1 is a major improvement, even though transfers over network is still slow).

I tried the last one (for xp). Of the 200+MB file all it had was a less than 2mb update. Better off with simply using windows update via ie which is more all inclusive to your own setup.
