"Appears to work well" apperas to work well. ease of use. good options and easy to understand. easy to download. none so far. easy to use fast. but unsure how good it is as am non technical person. hence difficult to give 5 star. will update it if there is any problems

"Fast and noticeably improves computer speed" One of the fastest defrag programs I have used and can't beat the free price tag. Also a very user friendly program allowing plenty of user control Nothing really except that a complete novice may be frustrated by the lack of help file information Easily the best defrag program I have used and the extension to overwrite deleted data is a great security feature

"works well" it got my HDD from 90% file fragmentation to completely defragmented, now it runs so much better, especially for videos. while defragmenting there are not too many options to change what you can see, and little things like that

I don't have a jam-packed HDD. Still over time my PC slows. Despite the numerous claims made by different vendors etc, this is the only Defrag software that consistently makes a NOTICEABLE difference to my PC's speed. (Windows 7, 64 bit) Only caveat, the optimise monthly option takes several hours to run, probably because I don't defrag daily or even weekly sometimes (Windows 7, 64 bit). This is not an issue as I run it overnight. Significantly speeds up PC, stable and very simple to use

Simple to use, but detailed enough to satisfy the advanced user. The computer is faster.Works far better than Microsoft's defragment program.More versatile and less pushy than Auslogics, though both programs do an excellent job. For the beginner, it may take a little time to learn how to use all of the features. I really like that my computer works properly. I do a lot of file juggling and deleting. I work on my laptop and, though I have massive amounts of storage space available, I cannot afford to have the system crash. JK Defrag keeps my system running smooth and efficiently. I have been using it for two years and I couldn't be more pleased.
