MOV Download Tool allows you to download QuickTime files from various websites and allows you to play them in your favorite player. This tool acts as a proxy between those QuickTime 'buttons' that you find on some websites and the QuickTime Player. It intercepts the URLs and presents you a list of actions to choose from. This tool is also able to extract urls from .qtl files. Those are found for example on the Yahoo! movie site.

MOV download works as a a proxy. When you press a QuickTime button, this tool show a list of actions to choose from. I use it not very often, but i never get trouble.

This is a great tool. I hate the quicktime player/plugin. With this tool I can download trailers to my harddrive from apple.com/trailers and watch the trailers in another player like VLC or WMP. Thanx.
