If you look at the site, right under the download button is the link to get the FREE full license key, so Yes, it is Freeware. I haven't downloaded it, as I have no need for it, but I do know how to read and follow instructions. It might help you to do the same, Shawn.

real high quality videos gathered from too many video hosting sites. Inability to search for some media using your native language (other than English), the results found are usually and totally irrelevant.

Still works some.... now with the version upgrade, 70% of what I could download will not download If you love your clipfinder DO NOT upgrade your version.

Are good program quality!!! I recive sudenly a error mesage and the program, close, but the dowload continue!!!!!

It works and made me aware of several sites I had not seen before. The screening is poor. It seems to find every link to any word used in the search. It apparently doesn't accept quotation marks for phrases or recognize use of ampersands. Any search will pull up every link to every word in the search. Use one word and try to make it the least common word in the search or you will get hundreds of links.It is probably easier to just search each site that this program searches.

It's sort of freeware. You download a shareware version, then from the site a link to request the free license. Of course you do have to enter some basic information, so basically for me not free more like selling my e-mail address for a license. For how long is the license good for anyone know ? As for the software itself, yeah go for any of the truely free alternatives. That's my 2 cents before taxes.

In the main window appears thumbnails for clips from a number of channels, eg YouTube, Google, DailyMotion etc. I found that videos from some channels would not play at all, DailyMotion wouldnt play. Opening a webpage (inside my default browser) would play the videos from DailyMotion and the other channels that wouldnt play in Clipfinder. Is this limitation by design, or a bug?
