Free. Easy interface for output resolution options. Quirky, non-professional. Slow. Unstable. Often fails on XP-pro. I'm still using it until I find something better for free for Windows. Better than some others I've tried. I appreciate the absents of adware behavior compared to competition.

I make translations where I re-create and translate Spanish documents into English. I use Microsoft Office Publisher to do this and as many of my clients do not own this program, I convert my product into PDF by using PRIMO. My clients & I love it. Cannot say a thing against the product. Excellent product!

Easy and compatible with Windows 7. Nothing at all! This product is good.

Creates pdf files as simply as printing a document. Slower than Adobe and creates larger files. Excellent free PDF-file creator.

I've been looking for software like this. I never dreamed I would find it for free. I don't want to waste a lot of time getting something to work correctly. I installed it and was able to use it in under two minutes. That's my idea of easy. Hooray! Something to be aware of is that you need to make sure your printer options don't say print in reverse order or the PDF will be created in reverse order. I wanted software that would create PDF files that could be read by my Nook for PC and that I would be able to append to those PDF files. I want to copy my thousands of paperback books to read them later on the Nook. I'm moving and need to eliminate most of my books. It seems that once I scan the books, this software will be able to create the PDF files that I need. I'm looking forward to experimenting with this software some more because it seems to be quite powerful. And it has a wide variety of options for creating PDF files.

It works as advertised - so far, but I've only used it for a week or so. Previously I used PDF ReDirect for years, but it had a nasty habit of crashing for no apparent reason. PrimoPDF has worked well for a week or so, but I have to wait and see. It's missing a number of features that PDF ReDirect has (i.e.- easily managing/reordering merged files, etc.). PrimoPDF's simpler interface will necessitate more advanced planning; but, it works - so far. A simpler program that works is better than a more sophisticated programs that crashes when you are up against a deadline.

Easy to use. Changing the scan's TOP and BOTTOM margins to LESS than full-size causes the converted PDF doc's side margines to be cut off. Decent program. Works well except as noted above.

Simple and it works, not to mention it's free! I haven't found any. I created a file in Microsoft Publisher that I wanted to share with others but I found that if recipients did not have Publisher, they could not open it. So I found this product on the recommendation of a friend and instantly converted the file to PDF, thereby making it accessible to the masses.

easy to use sometimes slow to come up great product have used it for years

Can't honestly come up with any since I never had a chance to use it. Unexplained (& as of yet, unresolved), "-20" error message. I couldn't create my PDF. I'm sure it works fine for most others, but for some reason or another, not for me.

has many features in order to install this you need to have Ghostscript too, and .NET. if you don't need all the features there's other freewares such as doPDF - http://download.cnet.com/doPDF-Free-PDF-Converter/3000-18497_4-10648880.html
