AntiVir Personal Edition by Avira GmbH: Rated 10/50 by Chef'Bob at Mar 11, 2010
I can’t believe that you have never even answered any of my E mails. How in the world do you say you have over 100+ million users but you do not answer any e mails for Tec Support? Please just refund my money… For over 40 years I have giving Seminars to/for all size Companies like, Exxon, Shell, Kroger and many others for the purpose of helping them better their relationship with their Customers. I have never known a Company that needs help as much as your Company does. I do mean this with all due-respect as your Company has a great Product. But as far as your Tec. Support is you are a total failure. I, for the life of me can’t understand why you do not have “live” phone technical support in the US. I have tired for over 10 days to get help and all I get is that my problem has been turned over to the “Proper” department but that is where the help stops. The two most important “Themes” of my Seminars was/is, “Getting Back To Basics and Commutation” I charged $5,000. For 2 hours for these Seminars and I am mot trying to sell you any thing. So this is free. You really need to re-vamp your program. I would just like a refund and purchases a soft ware program for another Company who really cares about Support. Respectfully Submitted, Chef'Bob doubleduce@suddenlink.net P.S. It might be of interest to you that I do talk by E mail to over 250,000 families a day on the internet and what I recommend to them is most important to most Companies.
Readon TV Movie Radio Player by ReadonTech.Com: Rated 40/50 by JB at Mar 11, 2010
Easy to use. It is FREE. A great choice for people like me that are stationed by the company in another country. I can watch USA games and some other channels. Takes to time to install and the channels load very fast.
TagScanner by Sergey Serkov: Rated 50/50 by Blaxima at Mar 11, 2010
It is only checking for updates at start up which like in most programs can be turned off in the options. I've tried many tagging programs (including the inferior mp3tag) and I find this simple and great for batch renaming of tags and file names. I could do without the skin but it's not distractingly ugly like some

Panda Cloud Antivirus Free Edition by Panda Security: Rated 50/50 by Lucy321 at Mar 11, 2010
Protects my laptop from infection and I do not need to worry about updates. There are none I did have another anti virus tool, but removed it because I do not have much disc space available on my laptop, so I installed this instead, which does not take much space up. Panda Cloud is very good for those with limited disc space, who want to stay protected
Opera by Opera Software: Rated 50/50 by fxkenshi at Mar 11, 2010
"Great brower, very stable, fast, customizable" - Fast launch - Fast browsing - Customization - Stable - Few resources - Clean UI - Left/Right side tabs, good for widescreen displays - No support from some developers like Google (i.e. Google Toolbar) - Can't assign Speed Dial as Home Page - No scroll bar for tabs I've always used Firefox as my main browser... when I upgraded to version 3.6, some problems started to show up. First, slowdowns when caching a flash media. This one wasn't that much of a problem. The main reason why I dismissed Firefox was this in... read more >>

"slow to open." I like having my 6 favorite sites there when Oper does come up. Saves hunting for sites in favorites. slow to come up, Some sites don't come up under Opera, just sit there with a white screen and hourglass forever.
